Development listings are marked “Sample Listing” and stored with is_demo = true. Their addresses, amounts, and coordinates are fictional examples. They are not real offerings and have no official notice links.

Sources first

Live listings should be entered from official public municipal notices, public tender documents, or Ontario Gazette notices, with source links and update dates. Missing facts remain unavailable. Assessments are never presented as market values.

Independent research

We are not a municipality, a government service, or a legal adviser. A listing can change or be withdrawn before a sale is completed. Always return to the official notice and consult qualified professionals.
